Robotics

An interdisciplinary branch of computer science and engineering that involves the design, construction, operation, and use of robots.

Explanation

Robotics is the field concerned with creating physical machines that can perform tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously. In the context of Artificial Intelligence, robotics focuses on the integration of AI algorithms to enable robots to perceive their environment, make decisions, and execute physical actions. This includes computer vision for sensing, natural language processing for interaction, and machine learning for improving performance over time. Modern robotics often involves the use of sensors, actuators, and control systems to bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical movement.
