Humanoid Robot

A robot with its body shape built to resemble the human body.

Explanation

Humanoid robots are designed for functional purposes, such as interacting with human tools and environments, or for experimental purposes, such as the study of bipedal locomotion. They typically feature a torso, a head, two arms, and two legs, though some may only model part of the body. Advanced humanoid robots integrate artificial intelligence, computer vision, and sophisticated actuators to perform complex tasks, mimic human gestures, and engage in social interaction. Key challenges in their development include balance, energy efficiency, and natural language processing.
